Beth yw Pibell Ddi-dor Dur Di-staen
Mae pibell ddi-dor ddur di-staen yn ddeunydd dur hir gyda rhan wag a dim gwythiennau o'i gwmpas. Po fwyaf trwchus yw trwch wal y cynnyrch, y mwyaf economaidd ac ymarferol ydyw. Po deneuach yw trwch y wal, y bydd cost prosesu yn cynyddu'n sylweddol.

1. Dadansoddiad cemegol: Cynnal dadansoddiad cemegol ar gyfansoddiad cemegol y deunydd, ac mae'r cyfansoddiad cemegol yn cydymffurfio â'r safonau.
2. Prawf pwysedd aer a phwysedd hydrolig: Caiff y pibellau sy'n gwrthsefyll pwysau eu profi un wrth un. Ni chynhelir y gwerth pwysedd penodedig am o leiaf 5 eiliad ac nid oes unrhyw ollyngiad. Y prawf pwysedd hydrolig cyflenwad confensiynol yw 2.45MPa. Y prawf pwysedd aer yw P = 0.5MPAa.
3. Prawf cyrydiad: Mae pob pibell ddur sy'n gwrthsefyll cyrydiad diwydiannol a gyflenwir yn cael ei phrofi am wrthwynebiad cyrydiad yn unol â safonau neu ddulliau cyrydiad y cytunwyd arnynt gan y ddwy ochr. Ni ddylai fod unrhyw dueddiad i gyrydiad rhyngronynnog.
4. Arolygu perfformiad prosesau: prawf gwastadu, prawf tynnol, prawf effaith, prawf ehangu, prawf caledwch, prawf metelograffig, prawf plygu, profion nad ydynt yn ddinistriol (gan gynnwys profion cerrynt troellog, profion pelydr-X a phrofion uwchsonig).
